Following current CA CDC Covid-19 response guidelines, in person classes have resumed. We will continue our regular practice of cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing all equipment before and after each use.
We provide 1:1 student:manikin ratios. All course materials are new and unused. Materials and equipment are not shared between clients, eliminating cross-contamination. Contact-less Online Classes and one-to-one skills testing remain available. All clients are required to sanitize their hands, and wearing face masks and "non-latex" gloves are recommended during class.
Our focused commitment is to you, our community of learners. Thank you for working with us to help reduce the spread of Covid-19.

definition of the HSC 1596.866 training environment terms “classes” and “home study”. EMSA has determined the following interpretations are acceptable for the effective administration of Health & Safety Training courses:
- “Workshops” or “Classes” are permitted environments and include any training environment with access to a live instructor. This includes both in-person and virtual (Zoom, Teams, etc.) training environments. Video recordings may be used by a live instructor, as supplemental training tools.
- “Home study” continue to be prohibited. These include any self-paced training environment in which no live instructor is present at the time of learning, such as self-paced workbooks, independent review of slideshows or video recordings without an instructor present during the presentation.
